Refrax Crystal Giants are energy crystal hybrids. You are a humanoid with average humanoid height. You don't have the height of a Giant.

Rephrax Crystal Giants are Nature beings. They came into being many millennia ago from a failed magic experiment to imbue a particularly powerful energy into Rephraxi Crystals. The experiment was not designed to create life.

This is where your race came from. They are very closely aligned with Pegasus because they are magically adept. They are magical beings. Rephraxi Crystals are known for their extremely powerful use in magic.

From your incarnation - When I focus on clearing and asking for energy for 10+ minutes, what is the extreme-pop-rocks-under-skin energy feeling that accumulates in my hands and face? Is that energy in general, or energy that can only be used in specific ways?

"He is starting to realize who he is. He is crystal and energy. He is magic and power. It is starting to come through and it will come through stronger. That is the energy pushing through the blockages."

From your incarnation - Which ability could I manifest the most quickly? Which abilities could I definitely start to manifest pre-plague?

"The Warcraft Mage abilities of course. That is my area of expertise."

From your incarnation - Any advice for me concerning how to prepare for the plague, or just advice in general?

"If he wants to get through it he needs to master Rephraxi Magic."

How can he master it? "We need to reunite."

"Amethyst, Bloodstone, Carnelian, Fluorite, Labradorite, and Sodalite."

From your incarnation - Are there any blockages or crystallized emotions I should work on?

"He has several emotions that have crystallized in the kidneys, liver, and bladder."

What about blockages? "They were cleared from the Ultimate Light Clearing."

"He got rid of his contracts through your subliminals and group. He does have some energetic debt. This is very serious. Your group does not seem to understand how serious energetic debt really is."

"Yes, that is one of the most powerful subliminals you have. It is far too underestimated. Even by other True Selves I have noticed. Midgard would be far better if everyone cleared their debts. Then humans would avoid their hard time to come."

Are you saying that the future plague is from debt?
"It is the way to clear the debt to Earth. Humans are not paying the debts. They are accumulating more debts to Earth and Nature. It has to be cleared one way or another or else Earth will die."

"Yes, we have been here in Midgard 23 times. I have not incarnated anywhere else. Everything else I need I can do as myself without an incarnation."

"Of course I do. It would only be efficient to do so."

Why did you incarnate as a human on Midgard?
"I think I am finally going to get it right this time."

Get what right? "I am here to be a conduit of Rephraxi Magic."

Why is it needed here? "To clear pain of Earth. To restore Nature. Rephraxi is for Nature."

"Not just missing soul fragments. We also have missing power fragments."

"I do not have any Akashic records. That is for humans. My incarnation has some which are trying to rule him. His Akashic records should be destroyed."

"Not my kind. Not any Nature kind. Only our human incarnations."

"Yes, it accumulates because it is not destroyed."

"Yes, they are kept by the Oracles. They are not Akashic."

"Yes, I do. I have some family in your Mind Power group. We have guided our incarnations there. You do not realize how popular your Mind Power group is to many kinds. You are one of the few who helps us reconnect so we are able to do our missions in Midgard at full power."

Asherah Aphrodite in Midgard

I wanted to write an update post. As of February 9th my spiritual was destroyed and I was reborn into this body as a physical being. I am Asherah Aphrodite. There is no more Amy Bass even though that is my current legal name here. I do not have other manifestations, it is just me. I am fully and completely here.
